I was thinking that it was going to be about how to present well, so standing up being critiqued and then running through some exercises, like most training days! But, it was a lot more than that. We explored our own personalities, we were dragged out of our comfort zones and made to think on the spot. The techniques we learnt weren’t just to do with our words, but our bodies and the power they have in influencing opinions. The mental skills on how to prepare were also very useful.”

I was expecting to run through presentations. But actually what the day was about was looking at simple factors such as body language, tone and content which really effect how presentations are perceived by an audience. What I really liked about the day was how the changes to be made were broken down into small steps- making it a lot easier to implement and making change far more realistic.”

When I started seeing Jill 3 years ago, my life was totally out of balance. I lacked confidence, worked too much and was extremely unhappy.
